Agreement

These terms apply to the FCUKPNL website at fcukpnl.com and to the FCUKPNL Telegram bot. FCUKPNL is the name of the product and service; it is not a registered company. Questions: fcukpnl@gmail.com.

By using Autopsy, reading results, sharing a Trader Identity card, or talking to the bot, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What FCUKPNL is

FCUKPNL is an analytics and entertainment tool. You paste or send a public Solana wallet address. We read publicly available on-chain data, then show trade-style accounting, behavior scores, a Trader Identity, and a roast. It is not a broker, exchange, wallet, custodian, tax filer, accountant, or investment adviser.

Not financial or investment advice

Nothing on FCUKPNL is financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Trader Identity labels, roasts, win rates, and P&L figures are derived interpretations of incomplete public history. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything, and they are not a statement that you are profitable or unprofitable in any official sense.

Public addresses only

Submit only a public Solana wallet address. Never enter a seed phrase, private key, password, or any secret that can control funds. FCUKPNL does not need wallet connection or transaction signing. If you paste a secret, you do so against these terms and at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss of funds caused by sharing secrets with anyone, including this site.

Accuracy and on-chain data

Blockchain data can be delayed, truncated, misclassified, or missing. FCUKPNL only inspects a capped window of confirmed history from third-party providers. Unrealized P&L, wallet age, off-chain activity, and some transaction types may be unavailable or excluded. Results can be wrong. There is no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, uptime, or profitability.

Availability

The service may be slow, rate-limited, or unavailable. Analysis depends on Solana RPC, Helius, Upstash, and (for the bot) Telegram and optionally Supabase. Production wallet APIs fail closed when rate-limit infrastructure is missing or errors. Daily analysis capacity can be exhausted. We may change, throttle, or stop features without notice.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• use FCUKPNL to try to steal funds, phish, or impersonate others
• submit private keys or seed phrases
• bypass or overload rate limits, or attack the APIs
• misrepresent Autopsy output as audited financial statements or investment research

Your sharing

If you download a share card or post results to X or another service, you are responsible for what you publish. Share text and the card footer can link to a public report at https://fcukpnl.com/wallet/<address>. Anyone with that URL can open the same public-wallet autopsy. Share output may include a public identity label and scores. Do not share anything you are not willing to make public.

Limitation of liability

FCUKPNL is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FCUKPNL is not liable for lost profits, lost crypto, inaccurate P&L, missed trades, downtime, third-party outages, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or bot.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the thirty days before the claim — which is zero if you used the current free website Autopsy.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms do not name a governing-law jurisdiction because none is established in the project yet.
